DeeDee Bouzek has been teaching educational theatre for the past 28 years. She has been involved in over 200 hundred productions – directing, acting, or designing. She graduated from University of Wisconsin LaCrosse majoring in Theatre with an emphasis in directing and costume design.
DeeDee has years of experience in Shakespeare, musical theatre, staged plays and children’s theatre. She has been the Stoughton High school theatre director since 2001. You can also find DeeDee at McFarland middle school and St. Ann Catholic school heading up the drama productions. For the past 20 years Ms Bouzek has owned and operated Aligning Stars Theatre in Stoughton. She recently partnered with SCA to produce Aligning Stars productions. Although DeeDee has acted in and directed previous SCA theatre productions, she is excited to make this move as an official SCA educator.
