Evan Jensen has been a part of the Stoughton community his entire life. He graduated from Ripon College majoring in Music Education and is working with youth concert bands around the Madison area. Evan has been heavily involved in music all throughout his life, band and choir alike. Primary instruments of his include tuba, bassoon, and voice. He has been heavily involved in drama in the Stoughton community, primarily performing on stage with his fellow actors. As a private lesson instructor, Evan focuses on collaboration between student and instructor. He always facilitates an environment that’s comfortable, exciting, and fun for the students, making sure to promote both the performance and knowledge aspects of music education. In the coming years, Evan hopes to teach high school band and eventually pursue a Masters in tuba performance.
