Our classes run with the school year, September through May, with a summer session that runs during the summer months of June, July, and August.  Our calendar includes Holiday Breaks, starting and ending session dates, and shows, can be found here.

Tuition for 32 weeks of classes is divided into nine equal payments that are due on the 1st of each month September through May.  If your account is not paid in full by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $25 will be added to your account.

Please see our Payment Policies for all information regarding tuition, payments, and more.

Your son/daughter is allowed two makeups per semester if the absence is excused (notified prior to start of class by a parent or guardian).  Unexcused absences will not be made up.

Read our complete makeup policy, as well as how to receive/schedule your makeup here.

When the Stoughton School District closes, dismisses early, or cancels after school activities due to bad weather, the Center will be closed as well.

We do run classes and lessons on days such as Martin Luther King Jr Day or other days when school may not be in session.  Refer to our calendar for more information.

In many of our departments we offer a “Visitor’s Week” where parents are welcomed into the classroom and there is a small observation window in each of the studio doors.  We keep studio doors closed during class and ask parents to remain in our waiting area in order to maintain the attention of the child in class.

Much of the information needed is found right here on this website!

We also email our clients at least monthly to keep them up to date as to what’s going on, our calendar, and things to note.  Please add admin@stoughtoncenterarts.com to your contact list to receive those emails!

Please review the box directly above FAQs to answer what the student should bring/wear to class.  You may also visit our Policies page for more information!

Clients wishing to terminate enrollment in classes must do so by written notification.  We require a thirty (30) day notice which will be effective on the day it is confirmed and received by our office.  You will receive a confirmation with the effective date of termination.  Your account MUST be made current and brought to a zero balance at the time you submit your request for termination.  You are responsible for paying for classes through the effective date of termination.

In the Dance and Drama Department if you discontinue a class or classes, you are still responsible for the cost of any/all costume(s) that have been ordered.  You will receive your costume when they arrive in mid-April to May, regardless of participation.
