Conflicts
Rehearsals will be Saturday mornings. Some lead roles may also rehearse Sunday afternoons. List any known conflicts through December 2nd.
Past Roles/Experience
Rehearsals
(Required)
I understand that rehearsals are mandatory and that any absence must have prior notification to the Directors.
Donation/Sponsorship/Ad
(Required)
I will sell a minimum of one 1/4 page playbill ad (business or personal) for $75. (Find a local business - our playbill reaches hundreds of people!)
I will pay an individual sponsorship of $75. (Consider finding your own sponsor - a grandparent, aunt/uncle, godparent, etc.). The sponsors name is listed in the playbill.
Shows such as these cost thousands of dollars to produce. To help offset some of these costs, you will be asked to do one of the following. Families with more than one children performing, the maximum family contribution is $150.
Volunteering
(Required)
I understand that a minimum of 4 volunteer hours, worked by an adult (age 18+), is required for each cast member. Volunteer hours can include sewing, crafting, set construction, load-in, load-out, in house, or backstage.
If you are unable to work the minimum 4 hours, your $75 sponsorship will double. For families that have multiple children involved, it is 4 hours per family.
