We are so excited to announce we are now offering daytime and evening yoga classes!
CLASSES START FEBRUARY 10TH

Class Descriptions:

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
This all-levels class is held in a warm room. Come learn about alignment and explore different methods for improving flexibility, building strength and cultivating a quiet mind. Modifications will be offered to ensure each student- from first timers to advanced practitioners- gets what he/she needs out of the practice. Bring your own mat, or borrow from our comprehensive collection of new props.  Adults (ages 15 and up) only please.

GENTLE YOGA
This room-temperature class is perfect for anyone who is looking for a way to reconnect with his/her body. The modern principles of optimal alignment will be used to gently and safely build strength, improve flexibility, rehabilitate injuries and relieve stress. This is a very responsive class, focused on healing and empowerment. Specific themes will be adapted for individual needs, with modifications offered to make sure each student is well taken care of as he/she learns the self-care aspects of yoga. Please feel free to contact Suzanne with questions and to share any information regarding injuries or health concerns. Bring your own mat, or borrow from our comprehensive collection of new props.  Adults (ages 15 and up) only please.

Class Prices

Drop In Rate:  $15 per class
Card must be kept on file for automatic charge the day following class attended.

Ten Class Bundle:  $135 for any 10 classes
Ten class bundle packages may be shared within a household.  Bundle must be used within one year of purchase date.  No refunds or exchanges.

Monthly Rate:  $150 per person – attend as many classes as you like in a month!
No contract.  Please give 30 days notice if discontinuing.

Suzanne LarsenYoga Certified Instructor
Suzanne (VanGilder) Larsen is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT (which means she has taught over 1000 hours). Over the past 19 years she has taught many styles of yoga and studied with some of the best contemporary masters. Her approach combines optimal physical alignment with compassion to ensure each student has a safe and nurturing experience. All classes are appropriate for any level- the same fundamentals that guide a therapeutic practice help advancing practitioners to move more deeply. Every class includes modifications and options to suit each student. Suzanne is insured and accredited. Come play and relax!
